We anticipate once again getting an overwhelming number of emails and it will take some time to sort through and schedule to try to accommodate as many families as possible, so if you do not receive a reply right away DO NOT WORRY! Cream Basic Portrait Session and Cream n Cocoa Cake Smash Session SCHEDULE REQUEST INSTRUCTIONS:
- If you are requesting an JULY/AUGUST/SEPTEMBER CREAM BASIC PORTRAIT SESSION, please let us know your first, second and third choice of appointment date/times OR if you are flexible.
- If you are requesting a JULY/AUGUST/SEPTEMBER CREAM N COCOA CAKE SMASH SESSION, please let us know the MONTH and if you’d be flexible with a scheduling a standard Cream BASIC as a backup option include your first, second and third choice of appointment date/times or let us know if you’re flexible. Please note that we will only be scheduling a very limited number of cake smashes per month – so if you are flexible with an alternate type of session…please include this in your request!
GENERAL TERMS: Please read the following general session terms – by submitting a request for a session, you are agreeing to the terms below:
Cream Basic Portrait Sessions: These sessions are for capturing updated portraits of your little one(s)/family.
- 30 minutes – INDOOR and OUTDOOR Sessions Available – please check locations BEFORE submitting your request!
- 1 outfit change IF time permits
- Seasonal styled props available
- Basic editing and touch ups
- $150 per session, which includes the session as well as 10 edited, high resolution images with printing rights (delivery method of these files will be via Dropbox approximately 3 weeks after your session date)
Cream n Cocoa Cake Smash Sessions: These sessions are for capturing your 1-year-old as they enjoy their first birthday milestone to its fullest!
These are designed for the birthday boy/girl ONLY, so if you are looking for sibling/family shots…please consider requesting a BASIC SESSION. Again, please EMAIL your requested month – July/August or September. We encourage you to consider putting a back up basic session in your request in case the cake smash space is already full as we are doing a VERY LIMITED number of these each month. Please note: these will only be offered as INDOOR sessions and will generally be offered on Friday mornings – so please keep this in mind when requesting your month.
- 30 minute INDOOR Session
- You, the client, must supply the cake and balloons as well as communicate with us in advance of the shoot, about the color theme. Jackie will try to coordinate props for these special photos.
- Basic editing and touch ups
- $175 per session, which includes the session as well as 10 edited, high resolution images with printing rights (delivery method of these files will be via Dropbox approximately 3 weeks after your session date).
Summer CREAM BASIC PORTRAIT SESSION 2014 Schedule
***PLEASE BE AWARE that we use SUNDAY(same time) as a backup day in case of rain for our Saturdays OUTDOOR sessions – so please keep this in mind when making your requests.***
