2017 Schedule Release: APR-DEC Opportunities – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!!!

As in years past, we said a prayer of thanksgiving before making this post. We are looking forward to another amazing year and are so thankful for our many blessings. We are so proud of how Cream n Cocoa has grown over the years. Please know that YOU make this dream of ours possible! Thank you for considering Cream n Cocoa for your family’s photography needs in 2017. Thank YOU from the bottom of our hearts!

With that said, there are a few changes for our 2017 schedule availability so PLEASE READ THIS THOROUGHLY BEFORE RESPONDING!!!!

Again, all scheduling requests will be accepted VIA EMAIL ONLY with a time stamp of 9PM or later. Please use the subject line 2017 SCHEDULE to help us keep scheduling emails from getting mixed with our general emails. Please respond with ONLY ONE EMAIL! Please CLEARLY COMMUNICATE your requests are and the order of preference…and note that the more flexible you can be with your request, the more likely we will be able to find a place for your family in our calendar for 2017. Please keep in mind that if you say you are flexible – we are counting on that! It takes a lot of time/effort to put this all together and it can quickly back up the system if flexible spots are offered and turned down.

We promise to respond to every email with an invitation or a referral as soon as we are able to complete the scheduling process…please be patient and understand that it may take some time for us to return a response to you. If we are unable to schedule your family at this time, we apologize in advance and hope it will work out for a future session. We will continue to post our cancellations on our Facebook page and encourage you to follow us there for future scheduling updates.

GENERAL SCHEDULING REMINDERS:


NON REFUNDABLE, NON TRANSFERABLE SESSION RETAINER FEE
To finalize your session confirmation, you will be invoiced a $100 Session Retainer. This fee must be received BEFORE we can finalize appointment and must be received within 48 hours of being invited or we will move to the next family waiting for a spot. These fees are ABSOLUTELY NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE and will be applied to your balance which is due at the time of your session. Please contact us immediately if you have questions after receiving your invite and invoice.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You, the client, will be charged your remaining session fee balance for any cancellation made less than TWO WEEKS from the session date, UNLESS we are able to fill the spot. Cancellation fees are to be paid via PayPal within 3 days of notification if we are unable to fill your spot.

PLEASE NOTE: Last minute cancellations are very difficult to fill. We will always do our best to fill your spot, but we never guarantee it. This cancellation policy applies to ALL cancellations with the exception of the rare rainout on both your shoot date and your back-up date. Because we typically book sessions several months in advance, we certainly understand that your circumstances may change (family travel schedules, work schedules, illness, sports schedules, etc.), and we appreciate you following through with your commitment to attend your session or pay your cancellation fee in a timely manner if we are unable to fill the spot.

SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS:

We will be accepting requests for CAKE SMASH and TUSHIES & TOES for APRIL – DECEMBER.

We will be accepting requests for DUSK, DUSK MINI and FINE ARTS sessions for APRIL – NOVEMBER.


APRIL – DECEMBER CREAM N COCOA CAKE SMASH SESSION:

To request a CREAM N COCOA CAKE SMASH SESSION, please EMAIL your requested month, your little one’s name and birth date.

Please note: these will only be offered as INDOOR sessions and are typically scheduled on Friday mornings – so please keep this in mind when requesting your month. For later months, will confirm your month upon invitation and will confirm your specific appointment date/time as we get closer to your session month.

Cream n Cocoa Cake Smash Sessions: These sessions are for capturing your 1-year old as they enjoy their birthday milestone to its fullest! Cake Smash Sessions are designed for the birthday boy/girl ONLY.

BASIC TERMS:
* 30-minute session
* One outfit change (IF time permits)
* The client agrees to supply the cake and balloons as well as communicate with us (in advance of the shoot) regarding the color theme. Jackie will do her best to coordinate additional props for this special celebration.
* Only available for INDOOR sessions – typically scheduled on Friday mornings
* Basic editing and touch ups included
* 10 edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights
* $350 per session. The $100 Session Retainer Fee is collected at booking in order to finalize confirmation and is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable. Your final payment is due at the time of your session – CASH or CHECK – and will be the $250 remaining balance. This fee includes the 30-minute session and 10 edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights delivered approximately 3 weeks following your session.
* It is our goal to send a sneak peek 1-2 images from your session within a week of your session date so that you can move forward with birthday invitations, thank you cards or prints that you may need. The remainder of your session will be delivered on the 3-week timeline.
* Your digital images will be delivered electronically. Your custom link will be available for 5 days once we send it. If you need us to extend that time, we are happy to do so IF you notify us immediately. Once your link expires, there will be a fee of $25.00 to create a new link.
* We are able to mail you a CD with your images for an additional fee of $30.00.
* If you allow your gallery link to expire and request a new link AND you would like a CD of your images, there will be a fee of $40.
* All additional fees are payable via PayPal and must be received before we create your new gallery link and/or mail your CD.


APRIL – DECEMBER TUSHIES AND TOES SESSION:

To request a TUSHIES & TOES SESSION, please EMAIL your requested month, your little one’s name and birth date.

Please note: these will only be offered as INDOOR sessions and are typically scheduled on Friday mornings – so please keep this in mind when requesting your month. For later months, will confirm your month upon invitation and will confirm your specific appointment date/time as we get closer to your session month.

Tushies & Toes Sessions: We are so excited to continue offering these special milestone sessions. These INDOOR sessions will focus on simple styling and gorgeous lighting to show off your sweet little one. Best for babies 6-10 months old although we can do younger babies (3 months and up).

BASIC TERMS:
* 15-20 minute session
* Offered as INDOOR studio sessions only
* No outfit changes
* Basic editing and touch ups included
* We will provide some style inspiration before your session. We are able to provide a limited selection of rompers, leggings, and hats in most infant sizes. Also, sometimes no clothes are the best way to capture those rolls! Jackie will help guide you during the session to capture your little one in the best way.
* 6 edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights
* $175 per session. The $100 Session Retainer Fee is collected at booking in order to finalize confirmation and is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable. Your final payment is due at the time of your session – CASH ONLY, please – and will be the $75 remaining balance. This fee includes the 15-20 minute session and 6 edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights delivered electronically approximately 3 weeks after your shoot date.
* Your digital images will be delivered electronically. Your custom link will be available for 5 days once we send it. If you need us to extend that time, we are happy to do so IF you notify us immediately. Once your link expires, there will be a fee of $25.00 to create a new link.
* We are able to mail you a CD with your images for an additional fee of $30.00.
* If you allow your gallery link to expire and request a new link AND you would like a CD of your images, there will be a fee of $40.
* All additional fees are payable via PAYPAL and must be received before we create your new gallery link and/or mail your CD.

 

APRIL – NOVEMBER COCOA DUSK SESSION:
To request a COCOA DUSK SESSION, please EMAIL your top 3 preferred months AND/OR let us know if you are flexible. These sessions will be available APRIL – NOVEMBER. If we are able to extend an invitation, we will ask you to commit to a month at this time. We will schedule your specific session date/time approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your session. Please keep in mind that these sessions are generally scheduled on WEEKNIGHT (MON-THURS) evenings and your session start time will depend on sunset times – so summer session will start later than spring/late fall.

Cocoa Dusk Sessions: These sessions are shot in the evening light and are designed to capture special candid family moments as well as portraits. Obviously, we cannot guarantee weather/sunset for these sessions; but as long as it isn’t raining, we will move ahead with the session. Whether it’s a brilliant sunset or a bit overcast, the evening light always provides the best natural light setting for beautiful photos. We highly recommend these personalized sessions for larger families and/or families with at least ONE child 12-months or older.

BASIC TERMS:
* Up to 1.5 hours in the early evening hours (start time will vary based on sunset)
* Outfit changes permitted
* Limited to ONE family per session
* Jackie will help choose the location based on experience, knowledge of lighting, season and your session vision
* 30 edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights
* $550 per session. The $100 Session Retainer Fee is collected at booking in order to finalize confirmation and is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable. Your final payment is due at the time of your session – CASH or CHECK – and will be the $450 remaining balance. This fee includes the up to 1.5-hour session and 30 edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights delivered approximately 3 weeks after your shoot date.
* Your images will be delivered electronically. Your custom link will be available for 5 days once we send it. If you need us to extend that time, we are happy to do so IF you notify us immediately. Once your link expires, there will be a fee of $25.00 to create a new link. Your session fee includes a CD of your session gallery which will be mailed to you.
* All additional fees are payable via PayPal and must be received before we create your new gallery link.


APRIL – NOVEMBER COCOA DUSK MINI SESSION:

To request a COCOA DUSK MINI SESSION, please EMAIL your top 3 preferred months AND/OR let us know if you are flexible. These sessions will be available APRIL – NOVEMBER. If we are able to extend an invitation, we will ask you to commit to a month at this time. We will schedule your specific session date/time approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your session. Please keep in mind that these sessions are generally scheduled on WEEKNIGHT (MON-THURS) evenings and your session start time will depend on sunset times – so summer session will start later than spring/late fall.

Cocoa Dusk Mini Sessions: These sessions offer many of the special characteristics of our full Dusk Sessions but have a few key differences. We aim to give the “Dusk” experience to those who may be working with a smaller budget OR have young children with limited attention spans.

BASIC TERMS:
* Up to 45-minutes in the early evening hours (according to sunset)
* No outfit changes
* Limited to ONE family per session
* Jackie will choose the location based on experience, knowledge of lighting and season
* 15 edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights
* $350 per session. The $100 Session Retainer Fee is collected at booking in order to finalize confirmation and is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable. Your final payment is due at the time of your session – CASH or CHECK – and will be the $250 remaining balance. This fee includes the up to 45-minute session and 15 edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights delivered approximately 3 weeks after your session date.
* Your images will be delivered electronically. Your custom link will be available for 5 days once we send it. If you need us to extend that time, we are happy to do so IF you notify us immediately. Once your link expires, there will be a fee of $25.00 to create a new link. Your session fee includes a CD of your session gallery which will be mailed to you.
* All additional fees are payable via PayPal and must be received before we create your new gallery link.


APRIL – NOVEMBER FINE ARTS SESSION:

To request a FINE ARTS SESSION, please EMAIL your top 3 preferred months AND/OR let us know if you are flexible. These sessions will be available APRIL – NOVEMBER. If we are able to extend an invitation, we will ask you to commit to a month at this time. We will schedule your specific session date/time approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your session. Please keep in mind that these sessions are generally scheduled on WEEKNIGHT (MON-THURS) evenings and your session start time will depend on sunset times – so summer session will start later than spring/late fall.

Fine Arts Sessions: These sessions are perfect for our clients who love magical editing! Each image receives special touching to bring a vision to life. Jackie works with you to create a unique style for your session and delivers gorgeous images you will treasure a lifetime. Best suited for children ages 3 and up so that they can receive direction since this is much more guided session.

BASIC TERMS:
* Up to 1.5-hour session
* We will work with you before your session to decide what location will work best based on who will be participating and season of session.
* Session times will be scheduled around the best lighting available.
* Outfit changes are permitted. We will be discussing your vision prior to the session and helping to guide your selection of outfits that will make this come to life.
* 6 intensely edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights
* $350 per session. The $100 Session Retainer Fee is collected at booking in order to finalize confirmation and is absolutely non-refundable and non-transferable. Your final payment is due at the time of your session – CASH or CHECK – and will be the $250 remaining balance. This fee includes your up to 1.5-hour session and 6 intensely edited, high-resolution digital images with printing rights delivered approximately 3 weeks after your shoot date.
* Your digital images will be delivered electronically. Your custom link will be available for 5 days once we send it. If you need us to extend that time, we are happy to do so IF you notify us immediately. Once your link expires, there will be a fee of $25.00 to create a new link.
* We are able to mail you a CD with your images for an additional fee of $30.00.
* If you allow your gallery link to expire and request a new link AND you would like a CD of your images, there will be a fee of $40.
