All scheduling requests will only be accepted VIA EMAIL, and we will respond with your confirmation as soon as we are able to complete the scheduling process…please be patient and understand that it may take some time for us to return a response to you. We anticipate getting several emails and it will take some time to sort through and schedule, so if you do not receive a reply right away DO NOT WORRY! We promise to respond to all emails regardless of whether or not we were able to find a spot for you. If we are unable to book your family at this time, we apologize in advance and hope it will work out for a future session.
SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS:
For BASIC SESSION scheduling, please EMAIL (write in subject line BASIC) your first choice as well as a second and third choice for an appointment OR let us know if you are flexible.
Basic Portrait Sessions: These sessions are for capturing updated portraits of your little one(s)/family.
- 30 minutes
- 1 outfit change
- Limited props available
- Basic editing and touch ups
- $120 per session, which includes the session as well as 10 edited, high resolution images with printing rights (delivery method of these files will be via Dropbox)
For TWILIGHT scheduling, please EMAIL (write in subject line TWILIGHT) your first choice and second choice for month desired OR let us know if you are flexible. Twilights occur in April, May, June, July, August, September, and October. For now, we will commit to a month for each family and then schedule a WEEK evening for your session about 6 weeks prior! 🙂
Twilight Lifestyle/Portrait Sessions: These sessions are shot in the gorgeous evening light and are designed to capture special candid family moments as well as portraits. We highly recommend these personalized sessions for larger families and/or families with at least one child 12 months or older.
- Approximately 2 hours in the early evening hours (according to sunset) mostly between mid April through late October
- Multiple outfit changes are permitted with many props available
- $300 per session, which includes the session as well as 30 edited, high resolution images on a flash drive with printing rights (delivery method of these files will be via Dropbox and CD)
- Additional edited images can be purchased at a rate of $10 per image (limit of 10 images)
- This session can be split by two related families, but no more than two
As stated previously, we will do our best to get as many families scheduled as possible. Please know that we had an overwhelming response and are fully expecting these spots to go quickly.
