We will respond with your confirmation as soon as we are able to complete the scheduling process…please be patient and understand that it may take some time for us to return a response to you. We promise to respond to ALL emails regardless of whether or not we were able to find a spot for you. If we are unable to book your family at this time, we apologize in advance, and we will send referrals. We hope you will understand and consider cream n cocoa again for your future photography needs.
SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS:
For WINTER BASIC & STYLED SESSION scheduling, please EMAIL your first choice as well as a second and third choice for an appointment OR let us know if you are flexible.
TERMS:
Indoor Basic Portrait Sessions: These sessions are for capturing updated portraits of your little one(s). Since these are INDOOR sessions, we would encourage you to limit the photos requested to children only because of space limitations. We prefer to do family portraits outside where there is additional space and it feels more organic.
- 30 minutes
- 1 outfit change IF time permits
- Limited props available
- Basic editing and touch ups
- $120 per session, which includes the session as well as 10 edited, high resolution images with printing rights (delivery method of these files will be via Dropbox).
Indoor Styled Mini Sessions: Styled sessions give us an opportunity to creatively set a scene for little ones using special props and clothing. We highly recommend these sessions for little ones who are stably sitting up and older. Since these are INDOOR sessions, and are going to be geared toward Valentine’s Day/My Favorite Things (read details below for Jan 12 sessions) specifically, we would strongly encourage you to limit the photos requested to children only.

- $100 per session, which includes the session as well as 5 edited, high resolution images with printing rights (delivery method of these files will be via Dropbox).

*This styled session will offer two sets for your images – one will be a vintage Valentine’s Day set and the other will be a “my favorite things” set where we encourage you to bring your little one’s favorite things. This is a great way to capture this sweet time where they carry their blanket everywhere or won’t go to bed without their teddy…we love to capture what they love!
