Announcing: Indoor Frozen Mini Sessions – Saturday, January 3^rd

**All scheduling requests will ONLY be accepted VIA EMAIL to info@creamncocoaphotography.com**

• Along with your invitation to participate, we will send an invoice for your $100 session fee to confirm your spot. This fee will be NON REFUNDABLE, so please take this into consideration with making your request.
• Please send only ONE email with your scheduling request. Please note: both photographers will be using the same backdrop and we definitely appreciate your flexibility within the schedule. If you MUST have a specific session time, please let us know within your email – otherwise, just let us know if you can be flexible so that we can try to accommodate as many families as possible. THANK YOU!
• Again, comments via website and/or FB pages will NOT be considered when scheduling sessions only EMAILS to info@creamncocoaphotography.com will be considered.
• We will respond to ALL email requests regardless of our ability to extend an invitation.
• Given the very limited schedule, we apologize in advance if we’re unable to extend an invitation to your family for this opportunity.

Cream n Cocoa Photography and Sarah Anne Photography are thrilled to release our frozen mini session schedule for Saturday, January 3^rd. This is a very special collaborative event and we cannot wait to meet your little Elsas, Annas and Olafs! Each family will be responsible for bringing their costume or frozen inspired clothing – and our beautiful winter backdrop (complete with snow) and special take-home treat will ensure they feel like they are part of the frozen magic!

We love the idea of experiential gifts and this would be the perfect opportunity to gift a session and continue the magic of the holiday season and help create a memory that will last a lifetime. We highly recommend these sessions for little ones who are stably sitting up and older. Since these are INDOOR sessions, we would strongly encourage you to limit the photos requested to children only.

• 15-minute session
• NO OUTFIT CHANGES
• Unique and creative Frozen inspired backdrop
• Basic editing and touch ups
• $100 per session, which includes the 15-minute session as well as 4-5 edited, high resolution images with printing rights (delivery method of these files will be via Dropbox).
